Ujjwal Goel

Managing Director

Managing Director since 2014, Ujjwal Goel oversees the business operations on a strategic level in order to manage the overall operations & growth in newer emerging markets. Born in India, &raised between India, Singapore & the US, Goel has had a global business perspective through his entire career. Holding a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration & Construction Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA - Ujjwal continued to expand his exposure & knowledge reservoir through International Study Abroad Programs in London for Strategic Management at the London School of Economics; & International Business at the ESADE Business School, Barcelona.

Coming from a Design Consulting & Luxury Furniture Family Business, there has always been a keen eye for detail & for uncompromising standards of quality in both the Product & Processes. Before joining his family business, he took over the position as a QA/QC Engineer in the worlds largest contracting firm based in the Middle East, which was a stepping stone for him to create a superlative operational structure for rapid geographic expansion. He has always been determined to forge his own legacy, building upon his achievements to continue the expansion of his family business.

Allan Luwuge

Director - Board Member

Allan Luwuge is a Business Strategy and development expert who works with entrepreneurs and enterprises to develop, expand, or turn around businesses. He has over 25 years of experience working in various industries including healthcare, telecommunications, sports marketing and activation, and for the last 15 years focusing on building and property development.

Allan has a wealth of experience in marketing which was a talent noticed early in his career and which he has leveraged when approaching various projects that he is commissioned for. This marketing acumen and ability to communicate with individuals as well as a wide audience through various mediums has resulted in building a huge global network developed through his school days and working career.

His large network and excellent communication skills have been useful tools in bringing initiatives to fruition with a minimum of resources which accounts for his versatility and efficiency.

Sadig Abuagla

Sales and Marketing Director

Implementing formidable Business Development competencies in planning and achieving results in a wide variety of projects and strategic initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience, he possesses outstanding work ethics as well as exquisite Interpersonal and Cross-cultural Communication Skills.

Varun Gupta

General Manager (Accounts and Finance)

Mr Varun Gupta has more than 25 years of excellent service exposure in civil engineering filled with dedication towards work. With his highly efficient work planning, Mr Gupta plays a vital role in achieving the desired results and the growth of the company. He has expertise in handling the Department of Income Tax, GST Department, Labour Department, etc. He plays a key role in dealing with clients for Payment, Taxation, Compliances, Tendering, Final Certification of Bills, Inventory Management and Finalizing of Accounts working as per Client management and client satisfaction.

Furthermore, he has wide experience in the field of Financing, dealing with Bank and NBFCs for OD limits, PBGs, CBGs etc. He efficiently manages all Accounting Procedures like labour management, labour laws, handling site establishment, PRWs, etc. of the Projects of the construction works that includes all Civil Construction work & Infrastructure, Industrial, Fabrication and Laying Service, Interiors and Exteriors, Rainwater Harvesting, Electrical Works, Plumbing and Finishing work.

Due to his meticulous and diligent work planning, the company has achieved new heights and plan to achieve much more. Further, he is a member of several social bodies & societies in India sharing his good experience in managing projects with the built environment.

Ashok Chakravarthy

QA/QC Manager

With extensive experience in Quality Engineering functions of the company, Mr. Ashok Chakravarthy is highly skilled in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, ISO Standards, Construction Management, Project Management and Internal Audit. Over the last 12 years, he has been a competent project management professional and he has met international quality standards in all the project handled in India and UAE. He has quality management certifications of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and has played an active role in being a management representative in strategic decision making of the organization.

Mohsin Mushtaq Shah

HR/Admin Manager

Specialized in Human Resources and Administration, Mr. Mohsin Shah has more than 10 years of professional working experience in India and UAE. His educational qualification includes Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors of Business Administration. He is a dedicated professional with hands-on experience in addressing sensitive issues, organized and efficient with a flair of prioritizing. He has his major expertise in the area of Strategic Human Resource and Planning, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, Performance Management and Labour Relations. He is a highly competent communicator, skilled in developing initiatives and leading teams.

Ajith Khan

Commercial Manager

A result-driven, dynamic, self-motivated and talented professional, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a proven experience in the Commercial Management assignments. He has successfully applied his skills to maximize the business potential and ensured successful management of the project’s finances, procurement and the processes that impact the project’s profits, timescale and quality. He has been involved in commercial management in different stages of the project from Strategic Definition to Handover. Throughout his experience, he currently manages the talented team of Estimation, QS/Contracts and Procurement Department of all our overseas operations. His expertise includes Cost Management in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Stages, Contracts Practices, Claims Management, etc. With his pragmatic & professional approach, interpersonal & analytical skills, he has been able to bring in excellent work ethics within the organization.

Kamal Jeet

Senior Project Manager

As Project Manager for India projects, Mr. Kamal Jeet is a qualified professional with over 23 years of rich experience in delivering projects across all major sectors. He possesses an eye for detail and his design & coordination awareness on the project has proven valuable asset to all clients. Having worked in various sectors, his experience encompasses Exclusive & Ultra Luxury Hospitality and High-End Residences Interior. His expertise includes Design Management, Project Planning, Project Coordination, Project Execution & Procurement.

Mr. Kamal demonstrates good management and inter-personal skills & have delivered complex projects in challenging times. His current responsibilities include leadership of the construction team and coordination with client and multi-disciplinary teams. His comprehensive overview of the project program, processes, and project environment have facilitated in tangible improvement in project delivery. His first-hand experience at site and exposure to international best practices adds in ensuring project quality envisaged by the client.

Mohd Shamim

Project Manager

Shamim has over 19 years of successful project management experience in managing end to end site work. He seeks to add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting.

He is a diligent team lead whose responsibilities entail managing all aspects of the project at construction phase - from keeping project costs under control, coordinating risk management processes across the project’s scope and delivery to managing potential issues ahead of time, proactive management and implementation of best practice EHS and onsite productivity, keeping the project schedule on time and ensuring quality control in all aspects.
