Mr Varun Gupta has more than 25 years of excellent service exposure in civil engineering filled with dedication towards work. With his highly efficient work planning, Mr Gupta plays a vital role in achieving the desired results and the growth of the company. He has expertise in handling the Department of Income Tax, GST Department, Labour Department, etc. He plays a key role in dealing with clients for Payment, Taxation, Compliances, Tendering, Final Certification of Bills, Inventory Management and Finalizing of Accounts working as per Client management and client satisfaction.

Furthermore, he has wide experience in the field of Financing, dealing with Bank and NBFCs for OD limits, PBGs, CBGs etc. He efficiently manages all Accounting Procedures like labour management, labour laws, handling site establishment, PRWs, etc. of the Projects of the construction works that includes all Civil Construction work & Infrastructure, Industrial, Fabrication and Laying Service, Interiors and Exteriors, Rainwater Harvesting, Electrical Works, Plumbing and Finishing work.

Due to his meticulous and diligent work planning, the company has achieved new heights and plan to achieve much more. Further, he is a member of several social bodies & societies in India sharing his good experience in managing projects with the built environment.

Hemachandar Pandurangan

Hemachandar Pandurangan is a highly experienced professional with over 19 years of experience in Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain Management. He has worked with companies such as Synergy, Colliers International, DLF Ltd, and K12 Techno Services, and has handled various portfolios ranging from High-end residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed-Use Developments, Schools, and more. For the past few years, he has been focusing on Supply Chain Management.

Hemachandar has a wealth of experience in purchasing bought-out items, raw materials, and closure of interior contracts. His ability to do market analysis, eye for details, vendor development, and strong negotiation was noticed early in his career and he has leveraged it when approaching various projects that he is commissioned for. His business acumen and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, vendors/suppliers, and strong negotiation skills have helped him shape his career.

His ability to identify potential vendors/suppliers, prequalifying and empanelling them from vide network of vendors, suppliers, dealers, and manufacturers from India and abroad and excellent communication and strong negotiation skills have been useful in procuring the right material at the right cost, and completing project deliveries on time. He has also been instrumental in bringing new initiatives and incorporating new products/ideas into the projects. This ensures success and complete the Project purchases with a minimum of resources, which accounts for his versatility and efficiency.

Over the last 12 years, he has been a competent project management professional and he has met international quality standards in all the project handled in India and UAE. He has quality management certifications of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and has played an active role in being a management representative in strategic decision making of the organization.

Ajith Khan

Commercial Manager

A result-driven, dynamic, self-motivated and talented professional, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a proven experience in the Commercial Management assignments. He has successfully applied his skills to maximize the business potential and ensured successful management of the project’s finances, procurement and the processes that impact the project’s profits, timescale and quality. He has been involved in commercial management in different stages of the project from Strategic Definition to Handover. Throughout his experience, he currently manages the talented team of Estimation, QS/Contracts and Procurement Department of all our overseas operations. His expertise includes Cost Management in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Stages, Contracts Practices, Claims Management, etc. With his pragmatic & professional approach, interpersonal & analytical skills, he has been able to bring in excellent work ethics within the organization.

Manish is a seasoned HR professional with several years of work experience in the HR & Admin domain, managing teams across multicultural environments and diversified businesses, spearheading overall people strategy, design, and execution. Manish began his career as an Executive in the Planning team of Lanco Infratech Ltd. After completing his MBA, he moved to Corporate HR. He has a decade-long stint with the Jindal Steel & Power Group, where he worked on different facets of HR and was an integral part of the JRL Management team.
Currently, he is heading the Group HR Operations, responsible for the formation and implementation of HR strategies and organizational development at the Group level.
