Before joining his family business, he took over the position as a QA/QC Engineer in the worlds largest contracting firm based in the Middle East, which was a stepping stone for him to create a superlative operational structure for rapid geographic expansion. He has always been determined to forge his own legacy, building upon his achievements to continue the expansion of his family business.
Allan has a wealth of experience in marketing which was a talent noticed early in his career and which he has leveraged when approaching various projects that he is commissioned for. This marketing acumen and ability to communicate with individuals as well as a wide audience through various mediums has resulted in building a huge global network developed through his school days and working career.
His large network and excellent communication skills have been useful tools in bringing initiatives to fruition with a minimum of resources which accounts for his versatility and efficiency.
Furthermore, he has wide experience in the field of Financing, dealing with Bank and NBFCs for OD limits, PBGs, CBGs etc. He efficiently manages all Accounting Procedures like labour management, labour laws, handling site establishment, PRWs, etc. of the Projects of the construction works that includes all Civil Construction work & Infrastructure, Industrial, Fabrication and Laying Service, Interiors and Exteriors, Rainwater Harvesting, Electrical Works, Plumbing and Finishing work.
Due to his meticulous and diligent work planning, the company has achieved new heights and plan to achieve much more. Further, he is a member of several social bodies & societies in India sharing his good experience in managing projects with the built environment.
Mr. Kamal demonstrates good management and inter-personal skills & have delivered complex projects in challenging times. His current responsibilities include leadership of the construction team and coordination with client and multi-disciplinary teams. His comprehensive overview of the project program, processes, and project environment have facilitated in tangible improvement in project delivery. His first-hand experience at site and exposure to international best practices adds in ensuring project quality envisaged by the client.
He is a diligent team lead whose responsibilities entail managing all aspects of the project at construction phase - from keeping project costs under control, coordinating risk management processes across the project’s scope and delivery to managing potential issues ahead of time, proactive management and implementation of best practice EHS and onsite productivity, keeping the project schedule on time and ensuring quality control in all aspects.
