Hemachandar has a wealth of experience in purchasing bought-out items, raw materials, and closure of interior contracts. His ability to do market analysis, eye for details, vendor development, and strong negotiation was noticed early in his career and he has leveraged it when approaching various projects that he is commissioned for. His business acumen and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, vendors/suppliers, and strong negotiation skills have helped him shape his career.
His ability to identify potential vendors/suppliers, prequalifying and empanelling them from vide network of vendors, suppliers, dealers, and manufacturers from India and abroad and excellent communication and strong negotiation skills have been useful in procuring the right material at the right cost, and completing project deliveries on time. He has also been instrumental in bringing new initiatives and incorporating new products/ideas into the projects.
