  • Manage and control the drawings, specifications and design information between the project team and external parties, ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly
  • Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence
  • Filing all hard copy documents in appropriate folders and keeping up to date drawing and document registers
  • Carry out routine document management administrative tasks including document release and publishing, technical query handling, transmittals, filing, copying and local library management
  • Collation of contract documentation

  • Collation, management and distribution of reports and contracts
  • Follow all Document Controller Management SOP
  • Manager all soft copy updates
  • Monitor and update all technical/correspondence logs

  1. Coordinate with QA/QC Manager, prepare the Project Quality Plan and circulate to the Consultant, Main Contractor and Internal Site team.
  2. Prepare the Material Submittal Schedule and ensure Material Samples/Technical Documents are submitted to the Consultant/Main Contractor as per the planned schedule by coordinating with other departments & Sub-Contractors.
  3. Review all Technical Details of received samples/documents with reference to Project Specifications prior to submission to the Client/MC/Consultant.
  4. Prepare Method Statements & ITPs as per the Project Specifications and Submit to the Main Contractor/Consultant. Ensure site works are executed as per the approved Method Statement.
  5. Coordinate with Execution team with all related QA/QC Matters.
  6. To do the all incoming material inspections before issuing for execution and ensure received materials are matching with the approved samples.
  7. To do inspections during execution (Process Checks) and coordinate with Project Engineer/Site Engineer for noncompliance observed and verification of the corrective actions as required.
  8. To do all internal check for all executed works in daily basis and confirm the compliance of the same and forward the IRs to the Consultant/Main Contractor  for approval.
  9. Liaise with Main Contractor/Consultant for MIRs & IRS.
  10. To raise Internal NCRs for the non-complying activities.
  11. Prepare Quality Reports for all MIRS & WIRS
  12. Prepare the Snag & De-snag reports
  13. Coordinate with QA/QC Manager and prepare the O&M Manual and submit to the Main Contractor/Consultant
  14. Prepare, Maintain and implement departmental SOP/procedures and policies
  15. Prepare and maintain a QHSE (IMS) manual describing the company QHSE (IMS) policy system.
  16. Provide advice and assistance in ensuring that company procedures exist for implementing the QHSE policies.
  17. Ensure that the company QHSE system is regularly reviewed for its continuing effectiveness and that adherence to procedures is assessed by means of planned and independent internal audits.
  18. Provide advice, guidance and training on QHSE matters across the organization.
  19. Responsibility for coordinating with all the Departments and generating & implementing the QHSE Objectives.
  20. Plan QHSE activities on a short and long-term basis taking into consideration company objectives, client’s requirements, project needs.
  21. Evaluation of company's existing practices, processes and procedures with respect to ISO 9001, 18001 and 14001 Standards & identification of existing gaps.
  22. Management systems certification against international standards for the existing certifications and for new according to company requirements.
  23. Participate in investigations of QHSE incidents, follow up and verify that corrective actions are effective.
  24. Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures.
  25. Scheduling and execution of Internal Audit Programs.
  26. Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformance.
  27. Development and implementation of techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's QHSE systems.
  28. Generation of regular reports to management on the effectiveness of the QHSE systems.
  29.  Conducting the MRMs in regular intervals and preparation & circulating the minutes


  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Experience of QMS auditor is essential
  • Preference will be given to candidates from architecture/interior design & interior fit-out industry

- Prepare and maintain rate-library for joinery and fit out work items, aspects

- Responsible for all estimation works in joinery and fit-out works.

- Estimation of all incoming Tenders or Projects to identify the required Resources

- Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of a major project including but not limited to Mobilization, Engineering Mgmt, Construction Mgmt, Correspondence Mgmt, Quality Mgmt, Procurement Mgmt, Risk Mgmt, Health and Safety Mgmt, Take- Over Mgmt, Commercial Mgmt.

-Acts as the Company representative with the client and selected vendors during the project execution; liaises with all Vendors for effective execution of Works, Delivery of Materials and overall project supply chain management.

- Promotes technical excellence on the project, including participation in and support of the Quality Improvement Process.  Mobilizes Company resources, through effective liaison with support departments, field offices, or subsidiaries, to create a project team capable of doing quality work. Leads the team with example through effective and professional conduct, as well as showcasing world class expertise.

- Develops budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of the project.

Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.

Devises and executes action plans to rectify potential project cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.

- Advises the client and division management of any such changes.

- Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate as per the SOP.


- Should have Experience in Large Scale Interior Finishing Projects. Including International Projects in the Gulf, Europe or A-Grade Projects in India.

- Experience having managed a diverse team of specialists. And having worked in the structure of a consultant and client representative. 

- Minimum 10yrs of Experience; International Experience is a must.


- Minimum Requirement- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or in related Engineering Field. Masters or PHD is an advantage.

- Specialization Program - in Construction Mgmt. / Project Management / Quantity Surveying is an advantage

- ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems – understanding and certified Auditor certification is an advantage

- Certification and Sound Knowledge of Primavera is an advantage.
